b. Event Rescheduling: If an event is rescheduled to a date and time that you cannot attend, you may request a refund. We will process your refund in accordance with the terms outlined in Section 2 below.

b. Event Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 30 days of the rescheduled event date. b. Ticket Transfer: If you are unable to attend an event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify us of the ticket transfer to ensure a smooth check-in process for the new ticket holder.
